I've only read up to chapter 5 and I have to force myself away to get some sleep for a big day
tomorrow. A lot of what you give in the book is how I went about quitting myself. You
call people on their myriad of 'bul****' excuses which is how I helped myself to quit.

It's hard doing it on your own, I think this book will help a lot of people. It's practical,
sensible, no nonsense and effective in its simplicity. I know because I personally applied a lot of what you explain in the book.

Although I no longer smoke, I think a smoker reading it would be hard pushed not to
take a very close look at themselves and their reasons for smoking and not quitting.
It's even better than a friend telling you because you can tell your friend to be quiet and
go away, it's a little harder to do that to yourself :)
